Service provider
The terms and conditions of these services (“Terms”) will apply “Unique Decorators”, a decoration, home and office -equipment and structural work (which will be referred to as “we” or “service provider”). The company is located in Bankura, West Bengal, India.

Our Services
Service details
We provide the following types of services:
- Internal and external decoration (residential/commercial decoration)
- Design and installation of furniture, screens, curtains, paint, lighting
- 3D design construction and plan
- theme decoration, ceremony and festivals special
- Custom and special designs (examples: children’s rooms, shopping stalls, restaurant designs, etc.)

- Planning and Suggestion: Listening to the client’s needs and visiting the place we formulate preliminary advice and design plans.
- Determining the quotation and work scope: After the approval of the design, we provide a proposal with detailed work circumference, used material, timeframe and expenses.
- Agreement and Amount Payment: The agreement will be counted by giving consent to quotation. After paying the first deposit (Advance Booking Fee), work begins.
Implementation and Surveillance: Work is done by supplying materials on the site, implementing work and contacting regular clients. - Final inspection and transfer: When the work is completed, the client’s final inspection and approval are handed over by approval.
Quotation, Price and Payment
The validity of the Quotation
All quotations proposed are valid for up to 7 days. If this deadline is passed, the price can be excluded from the opportunity to re -evaluate.
Payment schedule
Will apply as follows as follows in general:
- 1-5% Advance Booking Fee: After the approval of the work and design/model approval of the work.
- 1-5% middle payment: Before the start of work or before buying materials.
- Last remaining amount (25-5%): Particular payment is mandatory before the work is completed.
Charge additional
If the work schedule or circumference changes, the quality of the material, or the construction design is a major change, then additional costs may be charged.
Advance and fund vs cancellation
- All the payment (payment) is indispensable.
- If the client cancel the work for any reason, if it has not started – the deposit of the Aggregate will not be refundable.
- Once the work begins, the entire deposit will be considered as a securities.
Responsibilities of Clients
The responsibility of the provider of service
- To deliver timely services and maintain the quality of work.
- The use of safe and reliable materials.
- Taking the work forward on the basis of the approval of the client.
- It is the responsibility of protecting the intelligence of artwork, design, planning.
Clients’ Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and full information (eg: measure, specific demand, permission requirement, etc.).
- To ensure access to access, access, water, toilet facilities and appropriate work environment.
- Timely decision making and approval.
- To ensure other tasks (if any) do not interrupt the work
Measure, permission and consent
- Permissions : If a government/justice permit (eg: building code, official permit) is required, the client must be confirmed and accepted.
- The accuracy of the measurement: The client will work on the basis of accurate and reliable information sent before visiting the site; The service provider is not responsible for the inconvenience caused by defective information.
Design and Intellectual Property
- All designs under work, 3D sketches, designs, plans and paintings – with beauty and planning – our proprietor.
- The client will get the right to use, print or distribute this property after full payment. However, the third party cannot be used without permission.
- Work pictures or plans may be used in our portfolio or promotion, if the client gives a vintage.
Confidentiality
- The secret information obtained by both sides (we and client) (such as design plans, financial details, business strategy) will be unpublished with humility.
- Unauthorized third parties to publish, or use them for work, illegal and condition.
Limitation of Liability
- We make our best to provide quality services, but (excluding any mistakes/impression) will not be responsible for the measure of measurement or depiction.
- Specifically:
o Delay of work
o Third parties (eg: subcontractors) do not have a responsibility for the provided materials or installations. - The maximum cost of our liability will be limited to the total cost or total contract price – in case of any possible damage.
Unexpected Situation
- In unwanted and unexpected situations – such as: Covid 19 or other epidemics, natural disasters (floods, earthquakes), government restrictions or illegal continual conditions – the responsibility or deadline will be automatically postponed.
- None of us or clients will be responsible for this error.
Termination of Project
- Canceled by client on behalf of:
o If the work does not begin, the deposit cannot be returned.
o If the work is canceled after the start of the work, the full repayment may be paid and any additional costs are lifted. - Cancel from our behalf:
o If the client fails in confirmation or payment at the scheduled time, we have the right to stop or suspend the work. - In a situation that no party will be responsible – such as unexpected situations- the other party should be notified immediately.
Indemnity
- Client committed:
o For a third party claim or loss (eg, no permission, violation of the law), they will take responsibility for their plans. - similarly, the service provider committed:
o Plan or will take responsibility for their own limits for accuracy or loss because of the mistakes mentioned.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- Attempts for any conflict or misunderstanding will be first discussed through negotiations.
- If not resolved, it will be under consideration in the Jurisdictions of Bankura to consider the case under the West Bengal Act.
General Provisions

Severability
If a clause is illegal or uncovered, the other clauses will be applicable through the court, and the part that is invalid will be excluded.
Change and Correction (Amendments)
We can change these terms at any time. If the change is important, those new terms and conditions will be effective with a 5 -day notice. If the change is not complied with, please stop receiving that service.
Method of Notice
The notice will be transmitted online (email), postal or other agreed medium and will be effective within 7 days of receipt.
